Dr Zachary Yong graduated from the National University of Singapore with his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) and obtained his Master of Medicine (MMed Surgery). He has worked extensively in various local surgical departments in SGH, KKH as well as CGH. In 2016, he became a member the Royal Colleges of Surgeon of Great Britain and Ireland (MRCS Edinburgh).
Dr Zachary’s dedication to his work was recognised numerous times during his clinical career. He was awarded NUSMedACE Junior Doctor Teaching Award in 2019, Best Medical Officer in 2020, and Singapore Health Quality Service Hero Award in 2021. Dr Zachary has published widely in peer-reviewed medical journals, presented in multiple overseas conferences and was conferred Best Paper of the Year awarded by the International Journal of Hyperthermia in 2016.
Dr Zachary subscribes to the time-tested evidence-based approach in the practice of medicine and aesthetic and strives to provide weighted, reliable and consistent outcomes for his patients. He understands that every individual has different aesthetic desires and he is committed to help them achieve their desired goals in their personalised aesthetic journey. A champion of self-care, he believes that aesthetic medicine is empowering and appreciates the commitment that patients have to invest in themselves.
In his free time, you can find Dr Zachary working up a sweat in the gym, moshing in a punk rock concert or quaffing down quality cocktails whilst trying to figure out the secrets of life.
